1. The basics
These terms cover the Care Plans, website care and related services provided by FifthStar, run by Ethan Li. By asking us to start work or by paying for a plan, you agree to them. They don't override your statutory rights as a UK consumer or business customer.
2. What we provide
Each Care Plan lists what's included on its page (e.g. how many review replies, posts or reports per month). We do the work described, in your brand voice, and keep you posted with a regular report. We'll tell you clearly if something sits outside the plan before we do it.
3. Pricing & payment
- Prices are shown per plan and confirmed in your quote. The first-year price, where shown, applies to the first 12 months.
- Plans are paid monthly in advance. We'll confirm the amount and method by email or in your Client Portal.
- Bespoke quotes may differ from listed prices — the written quote wins.
4. Cancellation — always yours to stop
Every plan is monthly and cancel-anytime. Tell us you'd like to stop (email is fine) and we'll end it at the close of the current paid month. No penalties, no notice periods longer than that. We'd love to know why, but you don't owe us a reason.
5. What we can't promise
We give your profile and website real, consistent care — but we can't guarantee specific Google rankings, review counts or revenue. Search and platform algorithms are outside our control, and anyone who promises fixed results is overselling.
6. Your responsibilities
- You own your accounts and logins, and you grant us the access we need to do the work.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information and content you give us.
- Please don't ask us to post anything unlawful, misleading or that breaches a third party's rights.
7. Liability
We'll do a careful, honest job. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid for the plan in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This doesn't limit liability that can't be excluded by law (e.g. for death or personal injury, or fraud).
8. Intellectual property
The replies, posts, reports and copy we write for you as part of a plan are yours to use for your business. The FifthStar brand, design system and this site remain ours.
9. Data
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
