EU Accessibility Act · compliance, kept

Your site, open to every customer.

The EU Accessibility Act is already in force (28 June 2025). If you serve EU customers — or just want to be safe as the UK moves the same way — your site has to work for everyone, or face a fine. We keep you there.

A WCAG 2.2 AA audit, the fixes, and monthly monitoring — so a site that’s accessible today stays accessible tomorrow. One partner, one monthly plan.

I audit your site first — you only pay once you’ve seen what we’d fix.

The invisible wall

Your site quietly shuts people out.

You don’t lose customers in one dramatic moment. You lose them the moment a screen reader can’t book, or a form can’t be filled.

1 · The customer who can’t get in

A keyboard-only user, a screen-reader user, low vision. Your menu image has no label, your button has no name. They hit a wall, bounce, and book the competitor whose site lets them through.

2 · The fine risk

Under the EU Act, non-compliance can mean penalties up to €5m or 5% of turnover. Most owners have no idea their site fails the standard — until a complaint or a check lands.

Here’s the thing: accessibility isn’t a favour, it’s the law now — and it’s also just good business. An open site earns the customers a closed one loses.

What’s included

Every month, without you lifting a finger.

This is the recurring compliance work most owners mean to do and never get to. We do it, on the site you already have.

WCAG 2.2 AA audit

A clear read of where your site fails the standard — contrast, labels, keyboard paths, form errors — in plain English, not jargon.

The fixes applied

We remediate what blocks users on your FifthStar site — alt text, focus order, form names, skip links — so real people get through.

Monthly scan

An automated WCAG scan each month catches regressions the moment a change slips something out of spec.

Regression fixes

If a new edit breaks accessibility, we fix it — so compliance isn’t a one-off you fall behind on.

Signed statement

A dated accessibility statement you can show a customer, a partner or an inspector. Growth & Pro include it.

A report you’ll read

A short monthly note: what passed, what we fixed, what’s next. Plain English, no dashboards to learn.

Straight answers

Things owners ask first.

Does this even apply to me?

If you serve EU customers, yes — the Act is in force. If you’re UK-only, the direction of travel is the same and many customers now expect it. Either way, an open site simply wins more business.

Will you rewrite my whole site?

No. We fix what blocks users and keep it compliant. A full rebuild is a separate project — if your site is beyond saving, we’ll tell you straight.

What’s the actual fine?

Under the EU Act, penalties can reach up to €5m or 5% of annual turnover. We keep you off that hook by holding the WCAG 2.2 AA standard every month.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Month-to-month, no contract, no exit fee. Email me and it stops at the end of the current month.

Is £129 worth it versus a one-off audit?

A one-off audit goes stale the day you change something. This keeps you compliant as the site evolves — the part a one-off can never do.
